A Federal House of Representative aspirant for Dunukofia/Njikoka/Anaocha federal constituency, of the People Democratic Party, Ike Klinsman Ohamadike, has called on voters in the state, especially in his constituency, to go out en masse and register to obtain their Permanent Voter Cards.
Ike Klinsman Ohamadike , who gave the advice in a statement, reminded the voters that the PVC was their electoral power to vote out bad leaders.
He urged those who just attained the voting age of 18 to visit the Independent National Electoral Commission offices in their wards and local government areas to participate in the exercise.
The Aspirant, said thousands of PVCs were in the various INEC offices in the various local government areas that had yet to be collected.
The statement partly read, “The PVC is the power of the people. It is the tool they need to change and renegotiate their future. It is their power to ensure that their next representatives would be someone who cares about them and is sensitive to their needs.
“They need leaders who would provide them with world-class hospitals, health and education centres. I believe there cannot be prosperity without good education, youth and women empowerment, good road networks and efficient water supply.
